I am a former employee of fig and worked closely with the refund dept. Its too late for you to get your money back, the company filed for chapter 7, meaning they have no money, no one works there because there is no more company.. so there is no one for you to ask for a refund from. Its too late! Tonya cant do anything for you.. no one can. Dont expect to be getting anything in the form of a settlement from them either... employees get paid first.. and since we all worked for free for a while, we will get the money if they find some to give out..... Sorry to rain on your parade..but you need to know the truth. Also all this business about a class action law suit is crap too.. there isnt anyone to sue...
