I started off at 210 when I had it done. Also im 6'1" if that matters. Its only been like 2 weeks so there has been no huge difference in weight because they tell u that u wont start noticing large difference until around a month and on through the next 4 months. I will say that the fat area of my belly does already look visually smaller but it may just be wishful thinking
