I think if you're indecisive you shouldn't go through with it. Have you spoken to your doctor about your worries? Anxiety? If you cancel and decide later you want to have it done, you can reschedule. However, if you have the surgery and later wish you hadn't, it'll be too late. Good luck.

You look great! Wish Dr. Holden were in my area. He sounds fabulous. I hope to get under eye and neck lipo. 30 is not old, but I know what you mean. Before I was 30 I thought it was ancient. Now I'm 42 and don't feel old mentally, but yikes, wish my body were 20.

Quit smoking yes! Smoking can age you. Also, if you're going to have surgery it's best not to smoke as that can hinder healing times.
