Oh yes they cut. They are suppose to be board certified, BUT they are like a conveyer belt skin factory. They do horrible work. You are scared for a good reason, stay away!!! They do great advertising and marketing and that is all they are great at. The rep who calls you will talk you into it, they are SALES reps not medically qualified to give you advise. When you go to see one of the reps and ask to meet the doctor, you cannot meet the doctor until AFTER you give them $400.00. Rip off, face scars and tramma is all that awaits you there!! Save your money and go to a reputable plastic surgeon who will take an interest in you.

If you used a credit card I just found out you can call them to stop payment(which they will say has already been paid to them) and they will send you a dispute form (ask for it) to fill out with complaint and they will send it to LSL resultion department and if they don't resolve with the credit card company within 3 months then the credit card company will withhold all the money. And in the meantime they stop your necessary payments.

J Marie I just looked at R. Castellano website. Does he work out of Tampa area? He looks like a kid and isn't even an M.D.?? I filed a complaint with the attorney general also called LSL headquarters in Michigan and ask for a partial refund. They say it will be reviewed in two weeks and then they will get back with me. I am very angry with their unprofessional, unethical buisiness they run. They do not care about people just money. I pray the whole corporation goes out of business.
