Thank you all for your answers, however AGAIN some people are saying that transconjunctival belpharoplasty, removing only fat would make it worse, and others such as the below answer states that a transconjunctival belpharoplasty, removing only fat would be the best solution for a more permanent result.
I am so confused, even more so than before because I just don’t understand what to do!
