Hi Ann No it didn't take a year to heal. I have to say it was close to 2 months. They did want to do it again. After sitting in the chair and looking at my picture of before and after. I said I was not going to put myself through that again. My skin is the same. So I put myself through all that pain and money I spent and ended up where I was when I started. The Doctor that did do my laser had left LSL. I was told by one of the women that works there that he left to go and do hair transplants. I hope you have better luck then I did. It's a shame that we have to wish each other luck for having surgery or laser at LSL.

Hi All I can say is keep your face moist with the cream. After going through all this, I have no difference in my skin. I still have the acne scars and so on. I really wanted this to help with scaring and they never touched them. I hope you have better luck then me.

I am glad you are happy. You shouldn't be happy with any scaring. I went to see your before and after photos and I did not find them as you stated. You are the one that keeps going on how great LSL is. Have you seen the other people with infections and their faces are hanging. You set yourself up to get these messages. Like they told me, your skin will be just like a babies behind. As I stated it sure did with a bad diaper rash. I did everything they told me. And I could wear makeup in 5 days. I didn't leave my house for a month. I didn't not have any improvement, when it was all said and done. So please don't sit here and put them a pedestal stand because they don't deserve it. One mistake is to many.

Deb Does a lot of writing. Why doesn't she show her ears in a photo? I only see this one that doesn't show anything. The way she writes I would think that she works for LSL. Show us some photos to see what BEAUTIFUL INCISIONS they have given you to live with. I can't wait to see them.
