  After five pregnacies with two c-section deliveries; I had breast augmentation with tummy tuck two years ago. I am very pleased with the results. I regret not doing this sooner. I had a lot of excess skin that hung from below my belly button and a lot of stretch marks. It does look much better and my clothes fit much nicer. I would like to have my right breast "twicked" as the surgeon created a deeper pocket for the silcon implant on that side and there is a visible difference. The recovery was very intense. I thought the tummy tuck recovery and pain would be very similar to a c-section recovery. It wasn't. Once the drains were removed I felt that I finally started to heal and feel much better. The drain removal was another very painful procedure. I was not prepared for how they were to be removed. I would have preferred that the surgeon prepare me for what was going to happen instead of avoiding my line of questioning. Any further procedures I will search for another surgeon.
