Hi Megan, about 5 years ago, I used over the counter whitening kit - I believe it was 5min per day for 2 weeks, and I didn't have problems with sensitivity. I do remember that it helped whiten my teeth but it was max 2 shades whiter then original. This time I decided to do Zoom and I got 6-7 shades lighter teeth.

very little sensitivity afterwards, when I try to drink cold water, but nothing during the treatment.
