I haven't heard anything about Dr. Meronk. However, I heard good things about Dr. Rovert Goldberg at UCLA Stein Eye Institute. I have no personal experience though. I am thinking about seeing Dr. Goldberg for a revision for a lower bleph I had about 7 weeks ago. I believe it was a failure because I have a large malar mound/festoon under my left eye, not a fat bag. My PS never explained the difference. Did anyone ever have success treating a malar mound? If so, how? Anyone in the NYC area? Otherwise, I'm headed to L.A. to see Dr. Goldberg, unless by some miracle my condition improves over the next few months. Thanks.
Hi,
I'm 54 and had a lower bleph 2 1/2 weeks ago. I had a bigger bag under my left eye. Now, my eyes are slightly assymetrical. The left eye is slightly smaller and the bag is still there!!! There is still slight bruising under both eyes. How can I tell if the left bag is swelling or is still there?? How can I tell if my undereyes are too holllowed out?? I am trying not to panic. I went to a very prominent NYC PS. In retrospect, I think I should have gone to someone younger who specializes in eyes. Please help!
