It is a class that meets 6 days a week--3 for cardio kickboxing and 3 for strength training with bands. Will be finishing up my first ten weeks soon and have already enrolled for a full year. It also includes a nutrition plan that is very doable. Since starting I am back in my favorite pants again!
I am a year post op this month and am doing great. I have been participating in an extreme body shaping class and feel wonderful. I have come a long way!
Glad everything went well. Just take it easy and stay on top of your pain meds. Hardest part for me was being hunched over for so long. I had quite the backache and had my hubby rub some biofreeze on it. Hope you have some help at home.
