Thanks for the welcome. You are right -- it has been an intense but rewarding journey. I posted some pictures. As you can see, the LapBand was transformational. The after pictures from the LapBand were a vast improvement, but I was still left with a pear shaped body with a large panus, love handles, and lots of excess tissue on the inner thighs. The after pictures, taken today, show a more normal profile. The stomach is flat, the love handles are gone. The hips are narrow. I feel amazing. Without skilled surgeons, I could not have achieved this.
