Heather it Will take 3 mos for you to feel normal take each day to heal . Try not to overthink it just wear your garment. By no means overeat. Stay away from white flour or sugar. Drink lots of water!!!

No problem Ive had the inner,outer thighs,tummy and arms so I know the process is something else !! Lol .

Just wanted to tell you that it could be your medicine that makes you itch especially its in different places. That means your allergic. Percocet and Darvoset did that to me and I had to switch to loritab.

I had my arms done in Memphis onMarch 23 Vaser this time. I had a liter and a 1/2 taken out. It was a lot and I am still swollen. I 100% agree to wear the garment but I can't at work it's way too hot. But I wear it faithfully when I get home !!!!
