I am amazed just at the difference from your HS pic to the current one. You are a beautiful young women that will have a beautiful flat tummy when it is all said and done. Don't worry about those people in you life that are somewhat unsupportive, you need to do what is right for you and what makes you feel like a whole person. You have worked incredibly hard, in terms of weight loss, so if this is the right choice for you then don't worry about others opinions. Every one of us on here made a choice, a personal choice, to get our bodies back or just finally have the body we always wanted or dreamed of. For me, children killed my stomach. At 34 years of age and three children I needed to feel ok with my body.I kept it to myself, not many know what I have done. But, it wasn't a drastic change in my appearance, so know one really has questioned me. As far as I am concerned I could afford to do so, so I did. I didn't go into debt over it, I didn't take from my childrens mouths for it, so who cares what anyone thinks. You do this for you and don't discuss it with the nonsupportive people in your life. Truth be known, most women and some men, only wish or dream about doing this. Some of us are brave enough to follow through. I wouldn't change it for the world. I had a TT last March, almost a year ago. I wasn't satisfied with my results and in Sept. went back and had the full body lift completed. Best money I ever spent. Good luck, and your tummy will be amazing.......

My first ps admitted that there was some issues and he gladly fixed them while I was under doing the body lift. He didn't charge me and I really feel like he didn't add to the other costs to get his back. My PS is a real perfectionist and I am sure that he knew there were mistakes and didn't want the bad reputation. He works in a major university town, University of Illinois, and doesn't want a "bad" name. So yes, I paid again, but only for the added work. I would of went with one of the other opinions, but they were toooo expensive. They wanted money to fix his errors and wanted money for the body lift, which was expected. So we opted to stick with the first PS, but I am happy with the results this time.

Tag....let me tell you that I struggled with my own issues and having the same ps do the additional work. I had two other ps's opinion and ended going with my same ps simply because he was cheaper. After all, he was fixing what he didn't get right the first time. I was so frustrated with my tt results, but I am pleased with the new results. I hated going under again and the recovery, but 5 months later it was worth it. good luck

I have to laugh because I didn't know this thread was still going. Man ladies, it seems like forever ago we were all talking, complaining ect about swelling and such. Now we are all almost a year into recovery. I went back in Sept. and had a complete body lift,I just wasn't happy with the tt alone. I am pleased as punch with it all now. I am working out and trying to eat better. The holidays real does a number on us all. Man, a year ago we were all scared and excited about the process and recovery and now it seems like a old memory. Hope all is well with you ladies.
