I am scheduled with Dr. c, to have my rhinoplasty surgery early next month, and now that i have been home for 2 weeks now...I am thinking that I would like him to also do 'some' work on my breathing, as it is not as good as it used to be...a 'septoplasty' done too perhaps..? So, my question is...did you have to have 'Splints' in your nose because of having the Septoplasty along with the cosmetic Rhinoplasty?
Did you have alot of discomfort and/ or much bleeding?
Perhaps just the cosmetic Rhinoplasty will make my 'deviated septum' straight anyways...

I too am interested in Rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Ciardullo, but would be traveling from New Hampshire to have a consult with him.
So before I can call to do this..i was so hoping to SEE more Rhino. Pictures from his patients besides the two ladies on the internet. Do you have any pictures, Before and After....or is this too soon?

(I am not 'new' to Rhino/Septoplasty, I had this done 25 years ago, and my doctor at the time did not do Enough in the Cosmetic end of the surgery, and now I would like to Look Better!)

I had rhino/septo done 25 years ago and the dr. did not do enough Cosmetic Rhinoplasty and I was left with too long a nose and it protrudes out over my lips and is worse when I smile....so now I would like to have a better looking nose and before I travel down from New Hampshire to meet Dr. Ciardullo.
Does he do the "Closed" approach? I had this done and there is quicker healing and no scarring....I would really love to see more Before and After Pictures on his Rhinoplasty patient surgeries...Do you know how to get these before hand? Thanks for any help at all!
