Dr. S numbed me to there wasn't any pain during the injections. Plus he uses some sort os special needles that truly don't hurt. I applied ice non-stop to the lips for the remainder of the day so the swelling went down quickly. I had been thinking about it for a while (couple years) but was very hesitant because I didn't want the "duck lips" so prominent with lip augmentation. I am very excited about the results and wanted to share it for others. My mom and aunt have also had this procedure with Dr. Steiger and are very happy with him.
