    I just joined the team...I had my BR surgery Frid, Feb 1 and I'm already super excited to see the final results! I could tell the difference in my shoulders/neck instantly (of course, after the meds wore off). I was a 36H and I'm hoping I'm a 36 C when I'm fully healed. I would like to know what type of scar cream did you use on your scars, if any?

    Yes, I only did lipo. You have to remember that you're going to be swollen for a while but I was informed to drink plenty of water, wear my compression garment, and especially stay away from salty foods. I think you will see results sooner if you change your diet and walk at least 30 mins each day. Everyone heals differently so you could very well see results sooner, it will depend on developing new habits. Your health is more important so please give your body time to heal before undergoing more surgery.

    My doctor told me mine would take a min of 6 months...did they give you post op instructions?

    Yes, I had the 1st procedure on my upper/lower abs and waist. Then I went back for the 2nd procedure on my bra rolls.
