  I was thinking about getting this done on my upper arms too. They are pretty saggy from weight loss- I can pinch about 2 inches of skin under my arm bone. I was worried about it leaving even more flabby skin though, does the skin tighten up after the fat is removed? do you have any pictures you could share?

  Have you seen some of the other posts for the same Dr? They rave about him! do you think that was a foney post or were your results not typical?
