Are You Seriously Going to Do This... AM I JUST VAIN AND LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO PACIFY ME?

I totally can relate... I'm April 29th... so long... but I'm trying to just chill out. I actually had to give up somethings because the thought of doing this is wearing on me and I want to be healthy before it. So I'm just focusing on mentally and physically prearing... praying alot, enjoying exercising and everything that has to do with moving freely... I am appreciating everything I can do for the moment.

Okay... so I'm tall but a size 16... with my date scheduled but I am active... I'm just wondering if I am taking this to extreme, but I won't be able to exercise or run for 4 - 8 weeks roughly, SO I just plan to workout like crazy until April 28th (the day before my surgery)... is this bad? Training for a 5K but I won't get to run in it... so sad but I was wondering if it would be terrible to be sore before surgery due to exercise? I just know I'm going to miss working out... I have NO idea how I'm going to get through this without thinking about exercising... ARGH, but I am trying to focus my mind on healing and healthy these next 41 days! I'm not having 2nd thoughts, a little concerned about my healthy after and results, but that is about it. Just want to make it out alive and healthy... SO EXCITED... but I have been very tired lately for some odd reason... idk, just rambling right now. Good luck ladies and thanks for the posts
