Hi Missmyoldface,
I still have small ridges in my skin from the laser. They are predominantly on my upper cheeks. My acne scarring became worse after the second treatment. I had a breakout while using Aquaphor and when the acne went away there were three large scars. I didn't pick at them, so I have no idea what happened. Overall, I would not recommend this treatment to people who have oily/sensitive skin. I have been using chemical peels and went to a different dermatologist who took me off all Obagi products and put me on topical clindamycin. Since switching, my skin has cleared up beautifully from the acne but now the marks and scars are visible from the laser treatment.
I agree with you on getting better results. However, Dr. Goldman has a very conservative style. He is an excellent surgeon, just because the results aren't exactly what I wanted doesnt negate that. I looked at your profile and saw that you have posted negative comments on other peoples profiles. Please, do not comment on mine anymore. Thank you.
Hi! I think they cost around 6500.00 or so. He gave me two discounts so I paid a different price. One discount for being in the medical profession and the second for having two surgeries at the same time. I have a VIP card I can mail to you. It will save you $50 off of the consult price.
He is more expensive than most PS in the area, but he is the best. I LOVE the way I look now. You can not see the scar since he placed it in the crease of the breast. It was only an inch long anyway and now that it's completely healed there is no trace of it.
My suggestion to you would be to go bigger than you think you want to be. I was hesitant at first since I didn't want to look like I had implants. I was thinking C or small D. But now I am a DD and they are different than real breasts, so they don't seem as big. Just be forewarned... I was so happy to have this done to wear all of those sexy VS bras and VS only makes 3 bras in my size :( They were still totally worth it!
Hi Laurrieanne. Dr. Goldman is wonderful! I just went in for a slight revision to remove bone and I am back to being slightly swollen and having a lot of extra skin (gross). I am being patient with this though and hoping it resolves more quickly than last time. Only time will tell :) Glad my posts helped and thanks for the compliment!
I just posted another update with pictures above. Which product with glycolic acid are you using. I need that for my regimen instead of what I have been using. I still have the indentations from the laser and the scratches on my chin. I have been trying to be optimistic about the whole thing, but I am really disappointed. My skin looks worse than it did before. :(
Where did you go for your treatment? Did you have a good experience? Did they tell you anything about a follow up appointment or if they need to re-laser? I am at my wits end with this mess. I don't mean to be a downer, just really frusterated at this point.
