I'm planning on changing the tip of my nose.. getting it more refined and pointy. Also removing the hump. Make it thinner in the bridges and shorten the tip of the nose - make it closer to the face. So far as i noticed to make a refined tip of the nose is the most difficult thing to do. but some surgeons do that very well. but not all... this is what i am concerned about. how can you know/predict if your nose is going to be refined and thin and not opposite? Does it Really depend on the Doctor.. or it depends on your nose and how thick of the skin it is.. ?
Regarding your nose.. it looks shorter and i like that! you just may improve the tip of your nose.. there are many good surgeons who would improve it without any problem. you just need to find the right one... the best way to find him is to look for the recommendations and see the actual pictures with a similar nose like yours. it will be a prove that he can really do that.
