  I'm six weeks after out and I too have the bump in the same place. Did it resolve??

  "My septum was also deviated, and I later found out that I had enlarged turbinates as well. In surgery." Never mind about my question. I had the same issue with the enlarged turbinates as well.

  Recovery has been good so far. I had the cast and splints removed on day six. I feel like I currently look like a lion because my nose looks the same width from the bridge to the tip. I'm hoping the swelling will subside in the next week or so and I will be able to see a glimpse of definition. Did you have septoplasty and rhinoplasty or just rhinoplasty? I had both - hence the "I can breathe" comment.
