    Hey Chic,
    I have been crazy busy with training, working and school. Then my laptop crapped out on me because I spilled slimfast in it and then water. So I went and brought a new one....OMG did you have the surgery yet. Tell me about the liquid diet..Were you able to do it, lol

    I can certainly understand, especially with this being your first major surgery. Everything will go according to plan. You will have the best Dr in the room guiding the puppets which is God. I am going to check out Sam's club I've been meaning to get a membership anyway there anyway with all the household products I have to buy

    OMG the shakes that I seen online are expensive I will figure out something. I bought the big muscle milk that have to be mixed up. It is natural to have those feelings and it sounds like too me you are having anxiety attacks. Just keep in mind it is for bettering your current health situations. Take a deep breath and relax every time you get the feelings of wanting to change your mind think about the changes you will benefit from by getting it done. I'm here okay

    I bought the muscle milk and I did not really like it. I thought it was hard to mix up even in a blender. So I have been sticking with slimfast. But i am going to explore other meal supplements shakes. I don't know if I am to make it through the liquid either. I don't have any choice, lol. I am excited for you May 8th....wow I can't wait for you...lol

    Yes you will be fine. Just know that this will benefit you and your health. We are going to stick together okay. I help you and you help me, lol. Seriously that liquid diet OMG. What kinds of shakes did you get? I want to start racking up now.
