Thanks Kimmers25! Hope all is well with you too! Yes I am loving my results..just need to get back on track with my diet and exercise! Been slacking! I did post a few pics yesterday...will have to have my sis take some as well! Take care!

@NewMommyx3- first off...congrats on the new body! Trust me..we were all at the same point as you are now "wishing we were further out" and get back to our normal routines..but we all heal differently so just cause someone else might be standing up straight or doing something that you may not be yet..dont worry! I learned the hard way..was told not to work out my abs till 9 weeks post op, but hard headed me at 6 weeks "felt fine" so I did...and almost had to redo my surgery! I remember getting so upset because others I had met on here that had the same or around the same surgery date were either healing faster then me..or standing up straight! I felt help less, couldnt do my normal cleaning the house stuff..but trust me, relax and take the break your body needs to heal! Before you know it you will be back to normal! I remember not until my 5 month is where I really started to see the changes..I was no longer swollen, could go to the gym and felt great! So dont be to hard on yourself for feeling like a lazy slug, your body just went thru some major surgery! Keep me posted!

@Teryosha- yes I had implants with a lift and I still have sensation in my nipples. I was scared at first because I remember looking down at them a few days after the surgery and was like " these are so ugly" but..like every thing it took time and patients and there is a very very light scar..so the only one who would see if...if looking really close, would be your spouse. All your worries are the same that I had too. That why I did LOTS of research on the doctors in the area. Then I met with two different women in my town who mentioned Dr. Nijher as a GREAT doctor. Then met someone at the gym who also used him..so decided to meet him myself. Then after looking at some of pictures I was very pleased. I am currently trying to get back on a diet (just to loose about 10-15 pounds) because over the past 6 mths I had a lot of personal family issues (death,change in job, lost of a pet, suicide of a close coworker..) so I put on a good 10 pounds..But I am back on track and am hitting the gym 3 times a week.!

Teryosha, thanks for the complement! I am sooooo happy that I had this done..cant believe that it has been a year and half all ready but for anyone thinking of doing this surgery it is so worth it! Its life changing. My scar is very low, so if I am in a bathing suit or my panties you can not see the scar. And even naked..the scar is so thin and very very light. My belly button I have come to realize it is what it is.. I am probably going to get a belly ring and maybe that will make me feel better about it. I honestly have not been on this site in about 10 months so I need to update all my pictures!!! I am trying to loose about 10 pounds to be at my goal weight, and as far as you asked about working out..no I dont feel a pain or any strain. And you asked about me loosing sensation after implants I think each person is different...me I still have mine, then tingle when its cold..etc. Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience but I know several women who had their surgery done by Dr. Nijher! His work is awesome and the staff if super sweet! Good look in what ever you decide but I personally think this was one of the best self boosting make me feel confident things I did for myself! :) Keep in touch and feel free to ask anything I will try to help!
