  Hi Jennianne, You look great!!! No bruces after 3 days!!!! I had the Smart Lipo done last weekend, felt no pain while the procedure and no pain after. Went about normal life the next day also. Although my bruces are going away already I want to expedite it even more. I'm also using Arnica and Calendula topically. But it sounds like you are "taking" Arnica. Are they pills? And where do one get Bromelian? Is it a topical lotion or also pills? Are you getting post operatory massages? Thanks.
