Hi one thing I will recommend to u is to start getting massages! I am almost 2 months post op and it helps a lot with the lumps I go at least once per week! Invest it will be worth it

Yes I did take the Arnica and the Bromelin prior to the procedure. I am still taking the Bromelin, it does help with the swelling but not all of it. I had the upper and lower abs, flanks and bra area done. So far the results are great, not even a month post op yet and there is a huge difference

Finally a person who has taken Arnica!! I am scheduled to do tumescent lipo on March 11 and in the instructions my surgeon suggests taking the Arnica and Bromelain 3 days prior to surgery and until swelling goes down after. You really think it helped??
