My vitamins I got from Cosco.. B complex and iron.. Or go to GNC... If u stay only 7 days u may have to go home with ur drain... Several ppl had to go home with their drains when you don't stay at least 10 days... I stayed 10 days.. My drain was removed on day 9..

Hey.. Thanx.. my surgery went well.. I just came home yesterday... Recovery house was great, food was good and the staff was nice... I got 4 massages done.. Very painfull but it helps breaks down and gets rid of fluid... Dr. Yily was the BEST!!!

Yily does see her patient post op.. I just came home yesterday and I saw Yily twice. .. I had 4 massages and thy do hurt but it will help break up and get rid of the fluid..
