    I know what you mean it is so easy to over do it and GOD forbid you eat something with too much salt i bloat (swell) up like a blow fish. LOL

    I'm feeling pretty good i stopped taking pain meds four days after procedure. Been up and doing a little around the house don't want to over due do not want fluid to build up since the tubes are out. Can't wait to sleep on my side. I love the 12 things you posted was the best thing anyone can do is go by this list. Only thing i wish i would have done is freeze more dinners for my husband prior to surgery cause well lets face it they are helpless sometimes. LOL

    I live in Shreveport too and just had a tummy tuck supposed to get my drains out tomorrow 9 days after surgery were yours still draining? Just curious.

    Your results are great i am post op seven days today get drains out on Friday still have not seen how i look except my ass and it is bruised from the lipo on my hips. So far it has not been so bad the first three days are the worse and when you have to walk around bent over your back will kill you. I wish you the best and happy for you.

    Tomorrow is the day i'm scheduled at 9am and I am totally scared now and starting to freak out. I am not sure what I am scared of the most. The surgery, pain, or recovery. I'll keep you all posted and this web site is awesome.
