Just hang in there!! The swelling is just apart of the whole process. Unfortunately, it may get worse before it gets better. Your gonna see everything change each day. Be patient. I'm 4 weeks out, saw my PS today and he said I'm doing wonderfully!

Peacoxx, thanks so much! He did do some amazing work! : ). Cute sundress sounds perfect. You won't want anything fitted. Make sure its not real short...you will be bent/hunched over, hence the back will ride up! Hope that helps. Best wishes.

It's a very light rolling and soft tissue massage to move fluid towards the lymph nodes for quicker elimanation of the fluid that's causing the swelling. It's supposed to also aid in quicker healing. If yours interested make sure you find someone who is licensed in this type of massage. You can google it. I had my massage at 4 today, am almost 4 weeks post op and tonight I feel great. The lipo areas I've been on here complaining about aren't bothering me at all! Can't wait for massage #2!
