    Thanks so much! I am three weeks post op, and doing great! I did 30 minutes on the treadmill today! I have been easing into it...10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes today! It gets easier, and isn't as bad as the virtual tummy tuck! You are asleep of course and it a LOT of pain when you wake up, but that is why they make morphine pumps and send you home with Vicodin! :)

    I am March 1st too! I have to be there at 6:00 a.ml for 7;30 am surgery! Hope it goes fast! I am ready for it to be over, I am excited to get my life back. I want to take pictures with my kids and not looks like a fatso! So scared and excited! how are you doing?

    As of tomorrow, 4 DAYS AWAY! How is everyone feeling? I am scared, excited, ecstatic, ready for it to be OVER! Wow, so many emotions! They are definitely running high! Any advice for us from those of you who have been a few days before? Any last minute things we should know? Thanks so much! Take Care!

    One week from today ladies! I know we are probably not going to be feeling the best a week from tonight, but it will be OVER, and oh what a relief that will be! I have a feeling it will be downhill from there! I sure hope so! I am so scared and so nervous! Any advice from previous people who had tummy tuck and liposuction of bilateral flanks? Thank you and good luck to my March friends!

    I don't mean to be nosy, but you didn't find a surgeon in Sioux Falls? Is there a better one in Omaha? You don't have to answer if you don't want to! I am just curious!
