Hey, after I had my surgery in Dec 2011, I avoided salty foods and alcohol (I've actually stayed away from it altogether since then!). I also had a ton of pineapple and pineapple juice.
If you eat out at a restaurant, you'll likely notice significant swelling the next morning. Watch out for salt : )
I looked over your photos once more and I think you're disappointed because your previous nose had a very thin bridge and it's surprising to see a wider after nose. It doesn't look bad though! I think it's surprising only to you and the people who know you but no one else will be attracted to a "wide bridge" when they look at you. It will probably remain wider than before (I like the mountain analogy) but you will get definition. My bridge is kinda widish too but it doesn't bug me, especially because my nose was never thin anyway. I think you got a classic Grigoryant nose and I mean that in a compliment : ) I showed your post to my friend and she's almost certain Dr G will also be her surgeon in the future.
I like your nose! Your tip will definitely come down but even if it doesn't, it seems like it'll go with the rest of your features. I love the feminine angle of rotation that you have now.
Your frontal view still looks swollen (it's very similar to the way mine looked in its early stages.) I really do think the bridge will get more definition and become thinner as the nose heals.
Please be patient!
