Amandaaaaaaaaaaaaaa you look gorgeous in that red dress. I am still in shock you did it. dont you feel amazing and comfortable in your own skin? Because girl I know I do. I am so scared of gaining weight. I have always worked out but now that is a MUST. lol
the first time I wore my tiny dress I just couldnt stop looking at my self. lol
well you enjoy your new body and take it off it. Remember it can all come back but on the sides or upper abs. No Bueno.
sorry i havent been on i will update mine soon.

you rock Amanda. so happy you finally had it done... I told you it wasnt bad after all. your incision look perfectly low and straight. My advise to you is eat right, and stay away from sodium and starchy foods for the first 3 wks. The sodium wont help with swell hell and the starcy will just make you feel full and it is a horrible feeling.
once you are cleared at 6 wks start exercing and implement cardio because the fat we had in our mid section will go elsewhere.
keep us posted with your recuperation. I just hit 6 months since surgery. I will be posting pictures this week and giving my milestone.
    again good luck.

You cant shower until both draims are off. Have u seen your ps since surgery? Stay in AC if u can if u not hot. Dont freak out u will do just fine. If u must keep it opened for a few to air it out i would leave it opened after i would shower so it would dry off good. Do not shower until u are cleared you cant let water go in that hole. My drains were on top of my vagina. Still have the two scar from the drains it looks like two eyes. LoL im happy mine was there bc drain hole scar. Once u are cleared start using mederma on your scar and drain scar so it can fade. I have been using mederma from first dY of clearance. Cant wait to see your before and after. Keep moving even while u in bed just move your legs in bed to avoid DVT. Keep us posted. We both have come long way.

Whatever u do dont remove it at all. I kept it on all the time. I still use the binder now for workouts bc i lift weights and i feel sore at times around belly botton. The binder keeps swelling diwn. U are too early to take it off. I loveeee mine. I would remove it only to change my drains and to ahower when i was cleared to shower. I kept gauze on da entire incision and binder over it. I would open it up Massage it but ut was on at all times. Where do u live and where did u have it diwn? I did mine in nove
Ber bc i didnt want to wear a binder or gar
Ent during summer heat. I am 6mths occassionslly i swell upnd i put it on to sleep and for sure during work outs. Exactly where are you drains at? Mine were right ony pubic spot
