I am a few days short of 8 weeks post op and I do experience swelling later in the day, however it is minimal at this point and is more noticable in how I feel then how I look if that makes sense... There is no reason why you shouldnt be able to go to the beach... I have been;)

I would say in the first couple days definatly take it easy but be very careful not to over "baby" yourself... which I find to be easy to do.... I did it myself the first few days and found once I started getting up to get my own drinks and just moving more little by litte that is when my recovery really started speeding up. I am not saying paint your house at 1 week post op, but I am saying do what you can... it does wonders both mentally and physically!

I didnt have "under" any certain amount... and mine both came out at 7dpo. They were still fluctuating above and below 30cc.... PS did not seem worried since my output was on the low side from day 1.

Girl.. let me tell you what, I couldnt move myself the day of surgery AND i stopped taking the painkillers the day after surgery. I was taking Ibprofren 400- (or just 2 reg OTC) and, it helped 900x better then the painkillers and didnt make me feel like crap! But, some docs say no Ibprofren right away, so if xtra strength tylenol does it for you... take it!! I cant tell you how much I hated the painkillers- they offered me little to no relief to begin with anyway... but lots of gross side effects.

....... but, to the important stuff- You look freaking great already... I dont even think your supposed to look that good right after surgery Lol! And its only gonna get better... Congrats on doing this for YOU! :)
