Hi littlemama,
I would definitely recommend Shelton as a practioner, though I would make sure to be vocally firm on which areas that you want to focus on, especially once you have gotten into the swing of things after a few treatments. He is definitely one of the best in Sydney and all the top media (Vogue, Marie Claire, etc) do their reviews at Bodymechanic, you can actually see prints of the reviews hanging on their walls. I am a regular customer there for other treatments as well and they have a large variety of other cellulite treatments available. I would give them a call and ask to speak to Shelton or Wendy who is the owner. They are both fantastic and vast in their knowledge. (02) 9362 8489. Tell them that Tully recommended you!
If you are heading out that way to start treatments I highly highly recommend also starting up sessions at the V-Tone vibrogym in Bondi Junction. This will guarantee you the BEST possible results if you do these at the same time and you will truly watch your body transform. Preya is the owner of V-Tone and they are great. They also have a Hypoxi machine there as well. http://www.vtone.com.au/
Best wishes with your health quest.
