Thanks Kimmers, I've been reading alot of what you post and find it very helpful and informative. I have a couple other questions...I'm a pale redhead and am worried about the scars. What did you experience? I had a couple surgeries on my arm 11 years ago and it took probably 5 before it stopped being bright purple, so that is a concern for me.
Also, I'm a bartender. I've already spoken to my boss, who has been nothing but wonderful, he told me he'd work it out so I get paid vacation for 10 days then he'll let me host (no moving/lifting involved) for a few days. Do you think I'll be ok to go back to work after 2 weeks off? The thought of shaking martinis after surgery makes my head hurt. ; )

Thats always been what I assumed would happen, that my self esteem would go up. But I am scared it won't! But I've been thinking alot about it and I have just scheduled a consult, even if just to talk about it. I guess we'll see! Thanks for the help, I'll let you know what I decide.
