I was out of work for 6 weeks. I still have lower back pain from the lipo though.

***correction*** NOT scar guard. It's scar away silicone sheets. Helped ALOT!

Thanx so much! No I didn't do anything extra, I just followed the dr rules on how to train the butt for sitting again, and I waited 4 weeks post-op to sit. He is just great at what he does so if you follow his routine you will be fine. Also I took alllll the suggested supplements for healing and swelling I truly believe that has a lot to do with the out come of the butt. Also lots of water! And I've used several different things for my scars I started with neospore, scar guard, and now medrema in that order everything does something different. I still have scars but they are fading.
