Yes, swelling is still normal, you are still in the healing process. Once you start the massages they will help a lot. I don't have anything major, I just need more lipo done to the mentioned areas. Just give it time, but what you see now is what will probably be your results, just be patient though because everybody heals different.

I thought it was just me. Im 13 months post opt and my upper abs are, to this date, puffy. I have an appointment tomorrow with my PS to address this issue that I have.

Hey Degee, I know that can be very confusing. Whose the majority in telling you what surgery best suite you? I think I would start with that and just continue your search until you feel confident in who you chose. Send me a private note when you get a chance.

Hey Jusi, Im happy to hear that you like the results. I really like my results also. It's been almost 1 year for me and parts of my tummy is still numb. So just be patient, as you know, and you will be back to normal before you know it.
