I too am glad to hear it. Did you have any soreness? I almost feel like it's pulling apart where the abs are stitched together... I know that might sounds crazy. I try to hold my stomach in as much as possible but it is hard to do.

Spinmama, do you still have some swelling on your hips?? (My PS did some lipo there to contour)

Hi girls... Hope everyone is well.

I went to an appt a few weeks ago and they told me that I would have to wait until around 5 to 6 months for the dr to remove the fluid "pouch". Does anyone else have this problem??

Overall I feel great. My weight is down and I'm loving wearing smaller sizes. I do have discomfort from time to time. It's not really pain just uncomfortable. Is anyone having that still??

Also, what have your drs said about ab exercises. They told me to hold off. I really want to start!! I feel like that is a source of the discomfort...

    My best to all :)

I know what you mean. I don't know if you saw one of my posts about still having fluid drained from my tummy. I went last week to check in with the nurse and she said that after a while your body starts to break down the fluid and it ends up like a honey comb of fluid. She said when I see him this week he may numb it and do a bit of lipo in that area.

I go tomorrow so I'll let you know how that pans out. I know we have to give it time but I don't want to go through all of this and end up with a pouch again...

I am feeling the same way spinmama. I am at the 3 month mark and I am very tender. I think with it being spring plus my girls moving home from college, I have over done it. I am really sore at times.

Are you still wearing any type of compression garment?? I am trying to wean off (at the suggestion of my dr) but I just feel more comfortable having something on.

Went to my dr's office yesterday because of a little "pooch" that I still have. They said that when your body tries to break down the fluids it forms little pockets, sort of like a honey comb. He may have to do a bit of lipo. has anyone every heard of this??
