I posted originally when I had upper bleph done.... I had an amazing job done by a surgeon in get ready.. Malaysia *GASP* I had a recommendation from a friends mum who had it done there. Anyways..... so I didn't experience any pain.. he actually showed me in a mirror how much he was cutting out to make sure i was happy with amount as i kept emphasising that I only wanted the tiniest amount taken out as i have always had heavy lids and didn't want to not look like myself (plus a bit of fullness in upper lid is youthful) i was sedated so didn't find it gross!
I went to the cameron highlands in maylaysia to recover.. its really cool there and I basically just sat around for 5 days icing them, I had hardly any bruising , no pain, a bit of puffiness cos my eyes are prone to it) but after 2 weeks the swelling had gone down to a level where i could be seen in public - however whenever i was tired over the next 2 months the puffiness would kind of come back, but i would say after 3 -4 mnths had completely disappeared. Most people didn't notice I had it done because it was really subtle - you would be surprised how little people notice when its not on their face .... make sure you do you're research (if you can find someone you know who has had a good experience that is best)
Hey , so sorry to hear of anyone with complications. I am 12 days after upper bleph and still have a teensy bit of swelling but other than that everything is fine. Good luck...
