I have a very high pain tolerance; must of it is stuborness, but it honestly wasn't that bad. to me the worst part was the muscle tightening. And it wasn't that it hurt constantly, but coughing, sneezing, laughing...those are what killed me, but other than that it was all great. If I had to do it again, I would in a heart beat.
