I am 25 year old & very upset with my acne scars(these are not too deep) I have recently read abt Total Fx....but I am very much afraid of risks- hyper pigmentation, new scars, white spots...I have fair Indian skin...have you seen any case with Indian Skin... Whats your advise on its side effects??

Thanks Mr. Realist.....for sharing the experiences and advising me...Yes I have been on Retin-A five or six years back when I had acnes.I have undergone 1 Dermabrasion treatment also but that was in 2005 and again no results....this might happen coz acnes broke out again after 1 year of dermabrasion.....Now I don't have any acnes for last 3 years.Hey have you heard about ematrix or Sublative technology....someone was discussing that it is for people with Asian skin color and very effective for acne scars...Do any one have any Idea or experience of the same technology???

Hello everybody!!! I am very upset with my acne scars.These days I am only looking for the best treatment and best surgeon for the same.But I am very confused as I haven't seen any Indian discussing on the same.I am little scared....will Fraxel Repair or any other treatment will work on Indian skin...though I have lighter skin color as compared to proper Indian skin.
I had 4 sittings of Fraxel Restore(We have no Repair tech in India) but with no results:(....
Please advice me for the best treatment and best place to go for it...
