I had a 25% TCA peel done by a plastic surgeon 2 years ago under general anesthesia. It hurt like a MF afterwards and I was glad he gave me vicodin. I molted like a snake and had very, very, good results. My worry is that people will do this at home and be in so much pain, they'll end up in the ER. I want another one, but my face is too important to take the risk of doing it myself.
