I actually have one question. I see you posted this in 2008 so I hope this reaches you.

I bought a deal online that will ultimately save me money on invisalign treatments. But the catch is, I can only choose 1 out of 4 providers. I did what you recommended and searched the invisalign website for these dentists.

I can either go to an orthodontist who is premier preferred, meaning he "has achieved an exceptional level of Invisalign case experience", or I can go to a general dentist who is elite preferred, meaning he "has achieved an extraordinary level of Invisalign case experience"

Who would you recommend? I was leaning towards the orthodontist, but now I don't know. Should I go with a specialist, or a general dentist with more invisalign experience?

Thank you for the tip, I would never have thought to pay close attention to the starred list on the invisalign website, I was debating on who I should go to and now I know!
