Just read your post and you broke my heart, don't feel bad. Your husband is getting the best bday gift ever, a very beautiful, confident wife! and i'm sure he loves looking at you and knowing that your all his! Everyone has hard times and you will recover. I remember trying to do normal things like go out shopping with the kids and i would be sore and exhausted. Let me tell you it will pass before you know it. I'm back to my normal self and it feels great! It will happen i promise, just take it easy. Stop beating yourself up. Hang in there.

See what your PS says. All you need right now is a bacterial infection to add to everything else. Did you try suppositories?
