    Latisse rebate scam: I just called them after remembering it's been 8 weeks and I still hadn't received my $100 rebate. Even though my email address was written clearly on the mail-in form, I was told my check hadn't been processed because they needed my email addres. What - they were waiting for me to call them even though they had my mailing address?! Wondering how many rebates never get paid cuz of fruadulent practices like this?
