I did the whole face, but as yourself the lawline was a major concern. I apologize but I don't feel comfortable posting any pics because my significant other doesn't know that I had it done, although he suspects something. I DO look more youthful, so he has noticed too.

The discomfort was "tolerable", and the results are already noticeable, (although I'm not even close to the expectations that I anticipate). I feel that it was money well-spent, and I am happy that I did it.
Too many women have that fake "ET" look, and I never wanted to be one of them. I want to look like me, just better, and I do.
I hope that tis helps you, and I would encourage you not to be a hero, and take the sedatives and/or painkillers that they offer you, because it will only make the experience more tolerable.
I will say that there was some discomfort during the procedure, but it was worth it as there is no "recovery period" per se.
Obviously, in a youth-oriented society, (coupled with a recession), I had to consider the most cost-effective methods to maintain my appearance, I didn't want to leave to chance the medi-spas that employ urologists & proctologists to perform procedures that are out of their league, so I looked towards reputable practices, (like the one I selected), and then took advantage of their promotions.
I did my research on the Ulthera & Zeltiq procedures, and knew that the non-invasive route was for me. I was guided in my decision at Advanced Dermatology, not hounded like the perfume-chased at the make-up counters, and that in itself, reassured me that i was in the right place.

Good luck!
