do you have any muscle separation? have you at least tried to lose the weight with diet and exercise before thinking about surgery? i think it's a great idea to try to shed most of the weight through diet and exercise before thinking about surgery.

cant you slip your arms out of a t-shirt one at a time without lifting your arms over your head? should be ok, just wear a loose t-shirt and sweat pants the first week. it's not like you're going to be out and about anyways...right? lol
