Thankyou! I need to post new photos as things look alot better 5 months out. Anyway, I went to Dr Mathieu Hinze at Plastic Surgical Arts in Lincoln. I really liked him and his staff. They were very helpful and willing to answer questions. They were also very flexible with the follow-up visits. I don't know about any of the surgeons in Omaha, but I bet there are a fair few of them! Good luck, and I'd be happy to help with any other questions you might have!
I am loving my results! I still have a bit of belly flab, but that's my own fault! Regardless, I've been wearing a bikini for the first time EVER. I love that I don't have to have a suit that is SOOOOO tight just to hold up my breasts. They're looking better by the way! I'm so glad I took this step in my life!
How are you coming along?
Oh my gosh, you're surgery is tomorrow! Aren't you so excited!
I just got back into running, training for a 1/2 in May. The incisions on my breasts are a bit tender still afterward, but they don't bounce around as much!
You asked about my kiddos...well, they like to snuggle, (lucky me!) and the pressure hurts the incision areas and my breasts. Plus my toddler likes to climb all over me, so I have had to keep him at bay for awhile now. It's getting better though.
Hope your surgery is everything you want it to be! You're going to be so happy!
Thank you! I am extremely pleased with the results. Although my belly is getting a bit flabby again b/c I haven't been able to work out, and I think my breasts are un-even. HOWEVER...everything is WAY better than it looked before so I am not complaining! I feel almost back to normal after 6 weeks, except I still can't let my kiddos crawl all over me. I'm so happy I made the decision to do this for me!
Thank you! I'm feeling great! I'm at 6 weeks today, and I received the go-ahead to start working out again. The incision sites still get crazy itchy, and I can't sleep on my stomach yet. But otherwise I'm so happy to have had this surgery and am really looking forward to getting back into shape to see if I can finally have a belly worth showing to the public.
