    Hello all: I also had a large gap between my front teeth which I inherited from my mother. For those who also have extra tissue between your front teeth, talk to your dentist about having it removed (frenectomy). A gap that is closed without remving the tissue doesn't look right. I had the procedure when I was 11 yrs old (now an old lady of 55)then I wore braces. My teeth eventually moved so am having Invisalign. Not sure if it will be Express or the full cost.
