  I too had this experience just about a month ago. I went to this Medical Laser Spa and the doctor recommender that I get 24 units between my eyes and 12 on the outside of my eyes. My wrinkles/lines are moderate and I too had Botox before. Infact, the previous time (another center) I had great results and used 24 units for everything. Bottom line. I have not been back for touch ups 3 times and still can see no change. The doctor is now telling me that I must be immumed to Botox.

  You were happy with the results from the location in Phoenix. Where is this location? I live in Phoenix and went to another doctor at PL Medical & Laser in Mesa. I just got the Botox on the # 11 lines but it still did not work after 3 times. He was trying to talk me into trying the Juvaderm but I had said that I would wait on this procedure since the Botox did not wotk.
