My girlfriend had hers done in Dallas and it looks like little "ant hills" under the skin. Like someone else mentioned you can see it a lot more under under florescent overhead lighting.

That video is is of when she is 6 weeks out of her procedure. Give me a freaking brake! She is still swollen people on this site are so tricky. Shiow me a video when she is 8 months out if you want to impress me.
